1983. Licenciado en Letras por la Universidad del Zulia. Fue miembro fundador de Suburbio Editores, editor de los fanzines Laralalá y es miembro fundador del colectivo Per-versos. Ha publicado «Antología del descapotable» (Suburbio Editores, 2006), «Cotidiano» (PLUP, 2010), «Un decir errado» (SUReditores, 2011. Mención especial en el I Concurso Nacional de Poesía Delia Rengifo) y «¡Oh, lorem ipsum!», poemario ganador del IV Concurso Nacional de Poesía (Casa de Bello, 2013). Se desempeña como columnista y corrector de textos.
